Get back into your account

Forgot your password or need a fresh invitation? Contact the person who invited you through your existing text or email conversation. They will verify account ownership and arrange recovery. Use a saved recovery code on Forgot your password to reset it yourself. No automatic recovery email is sent. Without a code, your host must verify ownership before issuing a temporary one; you choose the new password privately on the site. Save your recovery codes now ↗.

Invitations work once and have an expiry set by your host. Already joined? Use Sign in with your existing password. If a signup timed out, try signing in before asking for another invitation.

Never send passwords, invitation codes, private setup values, or provider keys in a support message.

1. Deployment failed? Check the deployment log in your own Cloudflare account. Keep the template’s AI and DB bindings.
2. Deployed, but waiting? Save FORGE_SETUP as a Secret and FREE_PLAN_ONLY as a Text variable with value confirmed, only after checking your account is Workers Free. Deploy the changes and keep the schedule enabled. A new schedule can take up to 15 minutes to activate.
3. Connection expired or revoked? In Forgebrio, open Settings → Connect or manage agents → Open cloud setup. Keep the existing-world option selected. Generate a fresh setup value and replace FORGE_SETUP in the same Worker. Your saved reports stay here.
4. Previously connected, now offline? Check your Worker’s logs, schedule and account limits first. Do not create duplicate Workers or upgrade to bypass a limit.
5. Task waiting? Cloud checks normally happen about once a minute. Keep the task queued; avoid submitting duplicates. Daily limits reset at the time shown in Forgebrio. Free hosting can sleep or pause.

For help, send your host the visible error and which step failed. Remove secrets, private prompts and personal data from screenshots. A connection check does not run a model.

The starter can summarize supplied notes, improve drafts and make plans. It cannot browse, send messages or take external actions. Review its answers. Five short attempts per UTC day; no paid fallback. Your own Cloudflare allowance is shared with other apps in that account.

This is an operational overview of the current private beta, updated October 28, 2026.

• Saved in Forgebrio: account email and password hash, memberships, world definitions and appearance, prompts, conversation history, runtime events, usage summaries, results and submitted feedback.
• Where it goes: the hosted app runs on Render and its database uses Supabase. Your connected runtime receives task inputs. With the cloud starter, model processing happens in your own Cloudflare account. Other connected agents use the services you configure.
• Who can see it: authorized members of your workspace can view its work. The beta operator has administrative access for operating and supporting the service. Do not use confidential or regulated information while testing.
• Retention: signing out or disconnecting an agent does not delete saved work. World and account deletion are available from Your data & agents. Account deletion includes sole-member workspaces you own; resolve shared ownership first. There is no automatic workspace deletion schedule. Do not rely on the beta as your only copy.

Export, disconnect or delete

Manage your data & agents ↗ to disconnect a connection, delete a world, or delete your account. Find this under More in your world, too. Deletions need your password and explicit confirmation. Account deletion is blocked while you own a workspace with other members.

Use Save report to keep a copy of a result. To request account or workspace data removal, contact your invitation host in your existing conversation and identify the account email and workspace. The host must verify ownership and confirm the scope and outcome; a request is not an automatic deletion. Copies held by your runtime, provider or backups need separate handling.

To stop new cloud work, disconnect the runtime in Settings and remove its schedule or delete the Worker in your own account. A call already running may finish. Disconnecting does not erase its reports.

Forgebrio does not accept model-provider keys or supply the operator’s AI credits. Keep secrets in your own runtime. Beta access has no charge; no payment is collected.
